Cake Batter Frozen Yogurt

  • 3-3 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 Cup Yellow Cake Mix

Place freezer bowl of ice cream maker in the freezer.

In a medium bowl, whisk ingredients together until smooth (no lumps!)

Pour mixture into freezer bowl and turn ice cream maker on. Let mix until fully thickened, about 25-30 minutes. Eat it right soft serve, or freeze and let harden more...scoopable.

Awesome flavor! I used rainbow chip/funfetti cake mix, which looked awesome with the sprinkles!
