2/3 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 372
Mix butter, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
Add flour.
Do not over mix!
Chill dough for 1 hour in fridge
Roll dough out to about 1/4 inch thick
Use cookie cutters, any shape for any occasion!
Place on cookie sheet (I line mine with parchement paper)
Bake for 7-8 minutes (Just until ever-so-slightly starting to brown on the bottom edges)
Allow to cool before frosting!
