4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1/2-1 cup Flour (I used GF)
Crushed up cereal (I used Corn Chex, which are GF)
Dredge chicken in Flour, then egg. Season to taste, if desired. I like a little salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Then roll in crushed up cereal.
Place on lightly greased/sprayed cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350. Then turn oven to broil and cook just about 5 minutes on each side. Be sure to watch, as the cereal tends to brown quickly!
Serve with fries, chips, salad, anything you like!
