Tart Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

I searched the internet to find frozen yogurt recipes... I do love ice cream, but it doesn't seem to sit well with me, and there is not much I was on the lookout for something tasty and a little more healthy! Here's what I came up with:

4 cups plain yogurt (I used Nancy's lowfat, you could use any really)
3/4 cup sugar (more or less to taste)
2-3 teaspoons pure vanilla (more for plain vanilla frozen yogurt, less if you are using add-ins)

Mix well and add to ice cream maker. Churn for 20-30 minutes. It will be soft-set. You can freeze for a harder frozen yogurt.

It turned out really yummy!!! Scott doesn't like plain vanilla, so in the last 5 minutes I took out half and added 1/2 pound chopped up strawberries to the rest. There's always chocolate, cookie dough, oreo's...the possibilities are endless!!!!
