We had another earthquake last night...it felt stronger and longer than the one yesterday morning...but they report it was only a 4.7 like the last one. and about 15 minutes later, there was a pretty good aftershock...this time, most of us got out of bed, and couldn't go back to sleep for a long time...
We had a great day in clinic today...I again was the pharmacist...we saw about 110 patients...I also got to spend some time talking with a young man having a hard time coping with the aftermath of the earthquake...his aunt died and his family fled, leaving him and his sister here alone...he reports his "head is empty"...I so wish I could refer him to ongoing therapy, but obviously that is just not available... Another man shared his story of his daughter being poisoned just before the earthquake, and her body is now trapped in the collapsed morgue...his other 3 children died in the earthquake...he shared pictures and tears...it is heartbreaking to see...they are so strong and resilient, yet so vulnerable...
We spent some more time with timoun yo this afternoon...pretty sure we are going to take them all home!!!
Time for a shower...I stink...bad!
