Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt
I found a recipe for Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream here:
I modified it slightly, to our tastes and what we have in our kitchen. Delish!
2 cups strawberry puree/jam
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
8 oz cream cheese (full fat works best)
Mix all ingredients together well in a blender (make sure there are no cream cheese chunks).
Pour into your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions (mine takes about 20 minutes).
Enjoy right away as soft serve, or freeze for 2-4 hours and scoop!
***Super yummy flavor! I think I will try other flavors with the cream cheese in it, because that rich flavor is amazing!***

Banana Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt
3 1/2 cups plain yogurt or greek yogurt (I used greek)
1-2 bananas, mashed (I left mine a little chunky)
1/2-3/4 cup sugar, depending on taste
1-2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
4oz good chocolate, chopped (I used 70% dark chocolate-it was salted as well)
Mix all together except chocolate. Freeze in ice cream maker per manufacturers instructions, about 30 minutes. When done, place in freezer safe container and stir in chopped chocolate.
Adapted from The Perfect Scoop.
Awesome flavor!!! Very similar to my favorite Breyers Ice Cream flavor when I was younger! The only thing I would change is the chocolate source. I am not a fan of hard chocolate in my ice cream (like choc chips). I think I will try brownie bits or a Nutella swirl next time! Either way it is sure to be delicious!!!

Cake Batter Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
Place freezer bowl of ice cream maker in the freezer.
In a medium bowl, whisk ingredients together until smooth (no lumps!)
Pour mixture into freezer bowl and turn ice cream maker on. Let mix until fully thickened, about 25-30 minutes. Eat it right away...like soft serve, or freeze and let harden more...scoopable.
Adapted from here!
Awesome flavor! I used rainbow chip/funfetti cake mix, which looked awesome with the sprinkles!

Tart Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
I searched the internet to find frozen yogurt recipes... I do love ice cream, but it doesn't seem to sit well with me, and there is not much nutrition...so I was on the lookout for something tasty and a little more healthy! Here's what I came up with:
4 cups plain yogurt (I used Nancy's lowfat, you could use any really)
3/4 cup sugar (more or less to taste)
2-3 teaspoons pure vanilla (more for plain vanilla frozen yogurt, less if you are using add-ins)
Mix well and add to ice cream maker. Churn for 20-30 minutes. It will be soft-set. You can freeze for a harder frozen yogurt.
It turned out really yummy!!! Scott doesn't like plain vanilla, so in the last 5 minutes I took out half and added 1/2 pound chopped up strawberries to the rest. There's always chocolate, cookie dough, oreo's...the possibilities are endless!!!!
