Both Girls

*sleeping fairly well through the night-occasional wake up but easily going back to sleep, love to eat*

 

It is getting harder and harder to get these pictures in! The girls are so busy and curious and independent!!!

First Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving! The girls enjoyed every bit of the food, and of course having lots of attention from all of the grandparents!  We have so much to be thankful for!

Getting the girls' first Christmas tree!!!

 My family owns a Christmas tree farm. It was so much fun to take the girls this year and pick out a tree. I have such find memories growing up of playing on the farm, "helping" my dad sell trees, and spending time with my cousins. I hope the girls love this tradition as much as I do!

*says mama, is up on all 4's just about ready to crawl, has 1 tooth*

*says mama a lot, has 2 teeth, stands hands free, waves-open palm up and down*

 

 

Both Girls

 *no more 5am bottles, love to play with toys, love to take things from each other*

Happy Halloween!!!

 Our first Halloween was very low key! I had grand plans, but quickly realized hanging out at home would be the best plan for everyone!

1st trip to the Pumpkin Patch

We went to Bauman Farms in Gervais today! Cold but fun!

*saying dada, giggling at herself all day long, drinking from a sippy cup*

 *trying to wave, crawling, pulling up on things, sleeping all night in her crib!!!*

Both Girls

*they are funny, funny girls! put their arms up to be picked up, refuse to eat baby food-they love mexican food especially, got to try pizza~ice cream~Jamba Juice, we have lowered their cribs since they are getting adventurous, sleep with a lovey at night*

One Year is going to come waaaaaay too fast!

8 months old

 

Alexis 

*growls-it is HILARIOUS!!!, sniffs and scrunches her nose, sitting well*

 

Haylee 

*sucking her big toe, rocking from sitting to an almost crawling position*

 

 Both girls  

*weaning night bottle with water, started swim lessons weekly, eating solid food 3 times a day, shake head no, give sloppy-messy-wet kisses*

7 months old

 

Alexis 

*super funny, giggles a lot, twists her wrist and watches in amazement, sits up for a few seconds on her own, loves solid food*

 

Haylee 

*sitting up like a rockstar, sleeping with mama just about every night, would nurse all day long is she could, sniffs and scrunches her nose*

 

 

Both girls 

*eating solids 1-2 times a day, blowing raspberries, had their first fevers :-(, put their hands together like they are praying and rock them front to back, sleeping in sleep sacs-no more swaddles, only get one bottle during the night*
