Brussels and Potatoes
This was my first time cooking brussels sprouts. I have only recently even tried them, and for some reason had a craving. Weird, I know.
Basically, clean the brussels, cut off the stem ends, slice in half and coat in a bowl with:
2 Tbs Olive Oil
Place in oven safe dish and roast in oven at 400 degrees f for about 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes or so. Simple and delicious. I like it!
I basically did the same thing with fingerling potatoes. Also delicious!!!
